Thank you for choosing Nightsong Tattoo! We can’t wait to collaborate with you and bring your vision to life. To make the process as smooth as possible, here is everything you need to know about booking your session:

1. The Consultation (Always Free!)

Every great tattoo starts with a conversation. We offer free consultations to discuss your ideas, placement, and sizing before any ink touches skin.

2. Appointments & Flexibility

By Appointment Only: To give every client our undivided attention, we do not take walk-ins.

Flexible Scheduling: We know life is busy! We are incredibly flexible with our availability and will work hard to accommodate almost any time frame that fits your schedule.

3. Deposit Policy

To secure your spot, all appointments require a deposit.

What it covers: Your deposit acts as a placeholder for your chosen date/time and covers the custom design work for your tattoo. The deposit is also applied to the cost of the tattoo. The remaining balance of the tattoo will be due on the day of the appointment.

Refunds & Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable. However, we entirely understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let us know, and your deposit will seamlessly transfer over to your new desired date.

4. Budget-Friendly Art

Great tattoos shouldn't be out of reach. We pride ourselves on being budget-friendly. Just let us know what you are looking to spend, and we will happily design a custom piece that fits comfortably within your budget.
